We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. Shipping to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

2 Delivery Timeframes

Tier-2 Cities	5–8 Business Days
Rural / Remote Areas	8–14 Business Days

Orders above ₹999	FREE Shipping (Pan India)
Orders below ₹999	Flat ₹79 shipping charge
Heavy / Bulky Items	Additional handling charges may apply (mentioned on product page)

 

4 Dropshipping Notice

Orvenxa.com operates as a dropshipping store. Your order is dispatched directly from our supplier/warehouse partner. Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different locations.

5 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner's portal. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

6 Delays & Exceptions

•        Delays during festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, etc.) or natural calamities are beyond our control.

•        We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner once the order is dispatched.

•        COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may take 1–2 extra days for verification.
